To participate in the Gippsland Legacy Fund, you must qualify as a sophisticated investor under Section 708 of the Corporations Act.
You qualify if you meet either of the following:
- Net assets of $2.5 million
- Or income of $250,000+ per year for the last two financial years
You’ll need an accountant’s certificate to confirm eligibility.
